Job Summary

Support overseas sales by promoting company services, conducting market research, managing sales information, and responding promptly to customer inquiries through digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Promote company services to overseas agents to increase awareness and engagement
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and support sales strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and marketing information for internal use
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and WeChat
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to support sales growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under deadlines
• Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues at all levels
• Experience in sales or marketing roles is preferred but not required
• Availability to work full-time, five days a week at the Ang Mo Kio office
• Ability to start immediately
