Construction and Engineering Sector
Description:
- Understand the engineering machinery markets in China, the USA, and Germany, particularly familiar with equipment from Sany, XCMG, CATERPILLAR, and LIBHERR.
- Verify receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
- Handle overseas shipments, prepare packing lists for the project team, and ensure correct quantities are received on-site.
- Process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders, and requests for quotes from suppliers.
- Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
- Provide purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Interact closely with suppliers and engineers to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain a good PO system and conduct periodic system updates regarding suppliers, prices, products, etc.
- Willingness to travel overseas frequently to facilitate communication with clients.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company Management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Operation Management or any Engineering-related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the equipment industry.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Mature and able to work independently.
- Able to work in Construction Site.
- Willing to accept long-term overseas assignments.
