To centralize and streamline overseas payroll compliance and product delivery, the Group's Overseas HR Shared Services Centre is recruiting an Overseas Payroll Product Manager based in Singapore to drive the planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of overseas Payroll products.
Responsibilities:
. Lead overseas Payroll product planning develop product roadmaps and iteration plans aligned with local payroll regulations and business requirements across countries.
. Own the configuration, parameter setup, and localization of mainstream Payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Ramco) to ensure compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements.
. Lead or participate in Payroll system implementation projects define project plans, manage risks and milestones, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
. Act as the bridge between business and IT translate business pain points into clear product solutions and functional specifications.
. Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal teams across countries and external payroll vendors to drive process standardization and system integration optimisation.
. Establish and maintain Payroll data quality monitoring mechanisms produce regular payroll operational analysis reports to support management decision-making.
. Track changes in payroll policies and labor regulations in target countries assess compliance impact and drive timely system and process updates.
. Organize Payroll system user training and maintain operational documentation to enhance system proficiency and compliance awareness across multinational teams.
Requirements:(Please list the requirements necessary for minimum competency)
. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Information Management, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
. 3-5 years of experience as a Payroll Product Manager or HR system implementation specialist experience with overseas Payroll projects in multinational companies is preferred.
. Proficient in the configuration and implementation of mainstream Payroll platforms, including Workday Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, ADP Global view/Celergo, Ramco HCM, or similar systems.
. Familiar with project management methodologies (PMP, Agile/Scrum, etc.) capable of independently driving complex project delivery.
. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills able to effectivelyengage both business teams (HR, Finance) and IT teams to drive requirementsimplementation.
. Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.) or the Middle East is an advantage.
. Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) ability to use both as working languages for documentation and cross-border communication.
. Strong data analysis capability proficient in Excel and SQL for payroll data processing and reporting.
. Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and resilience under pressure able to thrive in a fast-paced multinational business environment.
