What will your role be:
- Oversee overseas KOL/KOC operations for AI tools and social internet products, and boost product exposure, customer acquisition, registration conversion and user growth via influencer collaborations.
- Source, screen and maintain overseas influencer resources on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X/Twitter, and build & optimize the influencer resource pool.
- Develop content directions for influencer partnerships based on product selling points, user scenarios and growth goals, such as product reviews, tutorials, product seeding and usage experience sharing.
- Independently manage the full lifecycle of influencer collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, brief creation, content review, launch follow-up, data tracking and performance review.
- Track and analyze collaboration performance against metrics including exposure, engagement, clicks, registrations and activations, and continuously refine influencer selection, content formats and delivery strategies.
Collaborate with product, design, data and cross-functional teams to align influencer marketing with product growth targets.
What an ideal candidate means to us:
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Communication, English, International Business or related fields are preferred.
- Familiar with overseas social media platforms and the influencer ecosystem, and understand the content mechanics and communication logic of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
- Proven experience in overseas KOL/KOC partnerships, influencer marketing, overseas social media operation or product growth; experience promoting AI tools or social products is a plus.
- Proficient in English reading, writing and verbal communication; able to independently communicate with overseas influencers, draft briefs and provide content feedback.
- Strong data-driven mindset, capable of evaluating partnership effectiveness and optimizing strategies based on data insights.
- Highly self-motivated with solid execution skills; excellent communication, collaboration and project delivery capabilities.
