Job Responsibilities
1. Franchisee Recruitment & Expansion
Be responsible for recruiting franchisees, including channel development, candidate screening, business communication and negotiation.
Assist in formulating and implementing franchise expansion plans for Southeast Asia in line with the group's overseas development strategy.
Maintain prospective franchisee resources, and drive the whole process from initial intention to formal contract signing.
2. Franchise Support & Store Opening Assistance
Support signed franchisees with site selection assessment, store opening procedures and preparation coordination.
Act as liaison between headquarters and franchisees, coordinate internal resources covering operation, supply chain and training.
Track store opening progress and help resolve practical issues in the initial operation stage.
3. Southeast Asia Market Research & Communication
Conduct research and analysis on local catering market, competitors and franchise models in Southeast Asia.
Assist headquarters in optimizing overseas franchise policies, procedures and support systems.
Maintain sound communication with local partners and service institutions in Southeast Asia.
Qualifications
1. Basic Requirements Bachelor degree or above. Overseas study, work or long-term residence experience in Southeast Asia. Fluent in Chinese and English for daily work.
2. Professional Experience
Catering industry experience is preferred, including chain catering, franchise system management and overseas brand business.

Chain store site selection, opening guidance and operational support
Overseas market operation and cross-cultural business communication
3. Personal Competencies & Traits
Result-oriented with strong business communication and execution capability.
