Own data analysis and strategy optimization for the overseas ad network, leveraging advertiser and industry insights to drive improvements in ROAS, LTV, and scalability
Work closely with Data Science and Recommendation teams to analyze multi-source data, identify key drivers, and design scalable 2. strategies (e.g., bidding, budget allocation, cold start), while building reusable methodologies
Lead the development of inhouse data diagnostics platform, to enable efficient issue diagnosis and data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience in advertising or datarelated roles, with strong analytical skills and solid understanding of ad recommendation systems gaming/data science background is a plus
Fluent in English, able to collaborate with global teams and handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a result-driven mindset and strong ownership
