Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own data analysis and strategy optimization for the overseas ad network, leveraging advertiser and industry insights to drive improvements in ROAS, LTV, and scalability
  • Work closely with Data Science and Recommendation teams to analyze multi-source data, identify key drivers, and design scalable 2. strategies (e.g., bidding, budget allocation, cold start), while building reusable methodologies
  • Lead the development of inhouse data diagnostics platform, to enable efficient issue diagnosis and data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in advertising or datarelated roles, with strong analytical skills and solid understanding of ad recommendation systems gaming/data science background is a plus
  • Fluent in English, able to collaborate with global teams and handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a result-driven mindset and strong ownership
