Core Industry & Experience Requirements
- Industry Expertise: Proven sales experience in Automation Equipment, Precision Molds, Manufacturing/Processing, and AI Communication Products.
- Sector Networks: Highly preferred candidates with existing, active customer resources and networks in the Automotive, Telecommunications, or AI industries.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of overseas/international sales experience with a strong track record of market expansion.
- Education: Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or above.
- Languages: Fluency in English is strictly required. Ability to speak Mandarin is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Development: Lead regional market entry and growth strategies for the company's automation equipment, precision molds, and AI communication products. Devise and execute tactical sales plans to identify fresh business opportunities and capture market share across assigned SEA territories.
- Channel & Account Management: Proactively establish, train, and manage local agent and distributor networks, while simultaneously building direct relationships with key OEM/ODM accounts to secure a diversified and resilient sales channel mix.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular, high-impact face-to-face visits with both existing and prospective clients—ranging from C-level executives to Procurement and Engineering departments—to deeply understand customer pain points and technical requirements.
- Strategic Partnerships: Maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts in target sectors (Automotive, Telecom, AI), focusing on enhancing customer retention, loyalty, and identifying cross-selling/upselling opportunities.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal technical, supply chain, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless, on-time project delivery. Effectively manage customer feedback and resolve complex complaints throughout the project lifecycle.
