Job Summary

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and boost revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team by setting clear performance goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to enhance brand presence and campaign reach
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness using data-driven metrics and continuously optimize strategies to improve results

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
