Job Description:
- Provide primary application support and maintenance for systems built on .NET, Outsystems, and Oracle platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner to ensure system stability and availability.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring issues.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and business teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Manage application deployments, patches, enhancements, and minor change requests.
- Maintain proper documentation for support processes, fixes, and system configurations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability andperformance.
- Contribute to the Tech Refresh Programme by supporting modernization efforts involving Vue.js, .NET, and PostgreSQL.
- Assist in system migration, refactoring, testing, and performance tuning as part of the technology upgrade roadmap.
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer / Software Engineer / Application Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET (ASP.NET / .NET Core) and database technologies including Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise applications in production environments.
- Working knowledge of Outsystems platform.
- Experience or exposure to front-end development using Vue.js.
- Quick learner who is passionate and willing to learn new languages and technologies.
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills across multiple technology stacks.
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to accept responsibilities and new challenges.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
