About Job

• End-to-End Development: Design and maintain high-quality applications using the OutSystems platform, ensuring all modules align with established technical standards.

• Rapid Prototyping: Lead the creation of MVPs and pilot projects, translating functional business needs into working software through iterative cycles.

• System Connectivity: Implement robust integrations between various external platforms, including APIs, third-party services, and IoT systems.

• Collaborative Design: Partner with architects and designers to provide technical feasibility insights and contribute to overall solution architecture.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive unit and integration testing while performing code reviews to ensure long-term maintainability and performance.

• Scalability & Standards: Develop reusable components and documentation to support the eventual scaling of delivery through offshore teams.

Skills & Requirements

• Professional Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in application or software development, with a proven ability to manage features independently.

• Platform Expertise: Strong technical proficiency or significant exposure to OutSystems development relevant certifications (Associate or Professional) are highly preferred.

• Programming Fundamentals: Solid understanding of core languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScript.

• Web Technologies: Familiarity with modern web standards including HTML, CSS, and RESTful API development.

• Data Literacy: Competency in database concepts, data structures, and ensuring efficient data flow between integrated systems.

• Soft Skills: A proactive problem-solver comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal supervision.
