Outsystems Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Outsystems Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and development standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain responsive web and mobile applications.
• Create integrations with third-party systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Support application deployment, maintenance, and production issue resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development with hands-on OutSystems development experience.
• Strong knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and Lifetime.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer (ARD) or Professional Developer Certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.
