The Role
We are looking for:
- Experienced IT Consultant (Low Code / No Code Developer) with strong expertise in OutSystems to design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications.
- Junior IT Consultant (Low Code / No Code Developer).
The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality, and efficient solutions. You will play a key part in automating workflows, integrating systems, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms, particularly OutSystems.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop automated workflows, forms, and system integrations to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and support materials.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of application development experience, with a focus on low code/no code platforms for the Junior Developer
- Minimum 4 years of application development experience, with a focus on low code/no code platforms for the Experienced Developer
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, TDD, pair programming, continuous integration).
- Proven track record of developing and deploying applications with minimal coding.
- Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with APIs and system integration approaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and in collaborative environments.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Relevant certifications in low code / no code platforms (e.g., OutSystems).
- Exposure to mobile application development.
- Hands-on experience in configuring low code platform features such as rules engines, workflows, data validation, screen flows, and page layouts in OutSystems.
