Outreach / Sponsorships Intern – focused on local business outreach, cold emailing, and selling ticket packages and sponsorship opportunities.
If you're the friend who can talk your way into anything, spot a collab before it happens, and aren't afraid to send the first email — this is for you.
At LAMC, outreach isn't just blasting cold emails. It's about connecting the right brands, communities, and partners to the right shows — and turning that into real deals, real crowds, and real impact.
Think less intern sending emails, more intern bringing in the sponsorships that help make the show happen.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reaching out to local businesses, brands, and communities for partnerships and collaborations
- Pitching ticket packages, brand tie-ins, and sponsorship opportunities
- Identifying brands that actually make sense for each show (not just mass sending)
- Helping build and customise outreach messages that don't sound like templates
- Supporting preparation of partnership decks and proposals with the creative team
- Tracking conversations, leads, and responses across outreach efforts
- Following up (because that's where deals actually happen)
- Contributing ideas for collabs, bundles, and ways to drive ticket sales
- Supporting on-ground during show days — from front-of-house ticketing to backstage coordination (yes, dressing rooms)
- Concepting, filming, and appearing in TikToks/Reels — from trends to behind-the-scenes to show content
- Being part of the process that takes a show from idea → partners on board → crowds at the doors
