Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and relational candidate to join our Outreach & Partnership team. This role begins with coordinating family life programmes and supporting outreach initiatives, while progressively developing into a partnership-focused position. The successful candidate will nurture relationships, ensure programme excellence, and contribute to collaborative initiatives aligned with our organisation's mission.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in Focus core programmes and translate this into tailored consultancy for partners across market segments.
- Provide administrative, logistics, and coordination support to ensure smooth delivery of family life programmes.
- Identify potential partners and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner needs with programme quality, trainer deployment, and participant satisfaction.
- Track and analyse programme outcomes, compiling timely evaluation reports to inform decision-making.
- Maintain accurate partner records and engagement history in the organisation's CRM system.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as directed by the Lead of Outreach & Partnerships, Chief of Growth, or CEO.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, outreach, programme coordination, or community engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships.
- Organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
