Key Responsibilities:
- Operate POS system, handle payments, and prepare eggs/beverages/toasts per SOP
- Prepare food and desserts according to SOP, ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety
- Greet and serve customers, handle feedback positively, and maintain cleanliness
- Manage inventory, and assist in all outlet duties
- Support team members and perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Supervise staff, manage outlet operations, stock, and scheduling
Requirements:
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience working in related industry/field
- Willing to handle hot food/equipment and rotate across all stations
- Team player with a positive attitude and good customer service mindset
- Able to work 6 Days work week
