Position: Outlet Sales Manager

Salary: SGD3,000 - SGD4,000 per month (Basic, excluding commissions & incentives)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and in-house promotions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

- Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service on De Beaute's range of beauty and wellness services

- Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for the sales team

- Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports for management review

- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution and customer engagement

Requirements:

- Proven experience with a track record in sales as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the beauty, slimming, spa, wellness, or retail industry

- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities

- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Good knowledge of beauty and wellness products/services is a strong advantage

- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

Mon - Fri : 10.30am to 8pm
Sat : 10 am - 6pm
Closed on Sun & PH
