• Job Requirement
• Provide customers with excellent customer service, product knowledge and advice
• Prepare ingredients and brew tea according to standard operating procedures
• Assist with inventory management and stock taking
• Maintain the daily management of the store and ensure that the store is clean and tidy
• Maintain and manage POS/cash registers
• Assist in completing the work scope temporarily assigned by the store manager
• Provide training
• Welcome fresh graduates
• Possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor
• Willing to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Want to develop your career internationally

• Must be able to read and speak Chinese as the menus are all in Chinese
