Responsibilities:
(1) Ensure overall efficiency of Restaurant operations
(2) Maintain full knowledge of P&L statement and work towards maximizing profits of the Restaurant
(3) Initiate employee training such as, but not limited to, wine promotions and sales, promotion of liquor, beverage cost, product knowledge and calculate of costing.
(4) Excution of Royalty programme, promotion and to work program to bring up the outlet sales.
(5) Propose of monthly promotion with good knowledge of costing and Gross profit.
Requirements
(1) Able to work 10 hours to oversee the daily operation of the outlet.
(2) Daily run operations with a small working team.
(3) Cost sensitive and have the drive to meet sales target
(4) Service and sales oriented
(5) Bar tendering experience to be able to train corktails
(6) Good wine, craft beer and liquor product knowldge
(7) Able to know Social media marketing
(8) Knowledge of western food to train and upselling
