Outlet Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening, closing, and shift scheduling.
• Lead and manage a team of service and kitchen staff.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees to deliver high service standards.
• Ensure all staff adhere to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, and service.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Track outlet KPIs and ensure achievement of sales and cost targets.
• Conduct regular team briefings and staff performance evaluations.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with management on promotions, marketing campaigns, and service improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the F&B or retail industry.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or outlet management role.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic understanding of cost control, budgeting, and outlet P&L.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving capabilities.
• Diploma or equivalent in hospitality, business management, or related field is an advantage.
• Candidates with food hygiene certification will be prioritized.
