We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Outlet Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our outlet, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to the continued success of our brand. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of consultants and therapists to optimize sales while maintaining exceptional service and retail standards.
- Achieve customer service and sales objectives by fostering a culture of excellence.
- Handle customer refund and complaint cases promptly to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Gather and document customer testimonials, feedback, and before and after photos.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to enhance outlet sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes to elevate customer experience and service standards.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, a service-oriented mindset, and hands-on management skills.
- Assist the management team in managing retail staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide training and mentorship to new staff to maintain high operational and service standards.
- Prepare and submit outlet performance reports to the management team.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the beauty industry, with prior experience in a managerial role preferred.
- A highly motivated individual who is sales-driven and result-oriented.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using basic computer software for inventory and sales tracking.
- A beauty or spa-related certificate/diploma is an added advantage.
