Job Description & Requirements

1.Sales Consultant

. Provide professional beauty consultation to clients
. Recommend suitable facial sculpting treatments
. Explain treatment benefits and expected results
. Build strong relationships with customers
. Achieve personal sales targets
. Follow up with clients and maintain customer satisfaction

2.Sales Manager

. Lead and motivate the sales team
. Drive team sales performance and targets
. Train specialist on consultation and closing skills
. Manage daily sales operations
. Develop sales strategies and promotions
. Ensure excellent customer experience

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
• With/ without experience are welcome, training provided
• Passion for beauty / aesthetics industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales driven with positive attitude
• Experience in beauty, TCM wellness, or aesthetic clinic preferred
• Singapore / PR / Work Pass welcome
