Business Solutions - Outdoor Sales Executive (Finance Systems & Services)

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and expanding our finance system and services. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, events, and outreach activities. Engage prospects to understand their business needs and introduce suitable solutions.

Product Presentation & Demonstration:
Present and demonstrate the organization's finance systems and services to prospective clients. Clearly communicate the system's features, benefits, and value in real business scenarios to support clients decision-making.

Sales Consultation:
Understand customers operational and accounting workflow requirements and recommend appropriate system solutions or services that improve productivity, compliance, and efficiency.

Proposal & Sales Documentation:
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and related documentation. Follow up with prospects to progress opportunities and support the closing of sales.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits, meetings, and follow-ups. Ensure customers have a positive experience throughout the sales and onboarding journey.

Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth project handover after sales closure. Ensure the solution proposed meets the client's operational needs.

Market Feedback & Insights:
Provide feedback on customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities to support product improvements and business strategies.

Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with product enhancements, regulatory updates, and industry developments to effectively advise clients.

Work Arrangement:
5-day work week (Monday to Friday). This role requires regular client visits, meetings, and occasional participation in events, seminars, or exhibitions.
