This role's remuneration package is based on basic + uncapped commissions (Up to $10,000 monthly).

Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively engage prospective learners through outdoor canvassing, events, and other outreach activities to generate qualified leads and build awareness of Websentials training programmes.

Course Promotion & Enrolment: Promote and explain training programmes and upskilling courses clearly, assess learner needs, recommend suitable courses, and guide prospects through the enrolment process to achieve sign-up targets.

Sales Conversion: Conduct presentations and consultations to communicate course value, handle objections confidently, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into confirmed enrolments.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing learners, provide excellent customer experience throughout the enrolment journey, and encourage referrals where appropriate.

CRM & Administrative Management: Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, follow-ups, and enrolments in the CRM system, ensure timely updates, and support reporting and sales tracking activities.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, roadshows, canvassing or telesales. Experience in training, education, or course sales will be an advantage.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently face-to-face and over the phone, and present information clearly and persuasively.

  • Self-Motivation: Self-driven and able to work independently in outdoor and field environments, with strong time management and consistency in achieving targets.

  • Energy & Presence: Comfortable engaging strangers proactively, maintaining a positive attitude, and sustaining high energy throughout the day.

  • Hunter Mentality: Results-driven, target-focused, and motivated by performance-based outcomes.

  • Resilience: Able to handle rejection positively and remain persistent in achieving goals.
