Role Description The Outdoor Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jurong West. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting existing and potential customers, and promoting AT&S products and solutions within the Oil & Gas, Marine, energy, and industrial sectors. The role includes preparing quotations, following up on leads, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and ensuring timely order processing in coordination with internal teams. The Outdoor Sales Executive will conduct regular site visits, gather market intelligence, and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. The role also involves achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and representing the company professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and account management.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation capabilities, with the ability to close deals and handle objections.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in presenting technical product information clearly.
- Basic understanding of industrial, Oil & Gas, Marine, or energy-sector products and operations (on-the-job training may be provided).
- Ability to work independently in an outdoor, on-site sales environment and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Relevant sales or industrial experience; prior experience in B2B technical or industrial sales is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Willingness to travel locally, conduct regular customer visits, and work in industrial site conditions when required.
