East Ocean Aquatic is seeking a dynamic, driven, and goal-oriented Outdoor B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be in charge of generating and closing sales leads, building customer loyalty, and meeting sales objectives. Candidate should have outstanding communication skills and sales driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to increase product listings and shelf presence
- Promote and sell live aquarium plants and related products to customers
- Provide excellent customer service, product support, and after-sales follow-up
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Participate in roadshows, trade events, and promotional activities to increase brand and product awareness as well as to generate sales
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute promotions with retailers
- Coordinate with the Accounts to ensure timely collection of payments
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification
- Basic knowledge of aquarium plants or a strong willingness to learn
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer service and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of sales techniques and principles
- Able to handle live aquatic products with care and responsibility
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking customers)
- Possess a valid Class 3 / 3A / 3C driving license (Company vehicle provided, no personal vehicle required)
Reporting office will be at Yishun.
Salary: Basis + commission
