Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for an Outbound Telemarketer specializing in Auto Insurance. The role involves conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting auto insurance products, scheduling appointments for consultations, and converting leads into policyholders. The position also requires maintaining accurate records of client interactions and working collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Familiarity with auto insurance products or the insurance industry is advantageous - min 1 year experience
• Diploma or equivalent; Must be BCP and PGI Certified.
