- Supervise daily operations to ensure customer expectations are met and performance metrics are achieved or surpassed.
- Work closely with Shopfloor Supervisors and Buyers to manage delivery orders and returns efficiently.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve warehouse-related issues.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency.
- Plan and oversee daily deliveries to the shopfloor.
- Train team members on outbound procedures following company guidelines.
- Uphold a clean, well-organized, and efficient warehouse environment adhering to 5S standards.
- Handle additional warehousing responsibilities or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
