The F&B Sales Associate is responsible for proactively sourcing newbusiness for the Dandy Collection by building relationships with corporateclients, event planners, social organisers, embassies, lifestyle communities,and office clusters to drive events, large group bookings, private dining, andcorporate bookings across all venues.
This is a performance-driven role with a commission-based structure anda basic fixed base component. Success in this role depends on the ability toidentify new business opportunities and convert connections into confirmedevents, large group bookings, and long-term corporate dining relationships.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, persuasive, highly self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with a strong focus on results.
This position involves a basic monthly remuneration with a higher KPI structure from turning leads into confirmed clients and sales, and reports to a Sales Manager.
