Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented OTC Sales Manager to expand our institutional and high-net-worth client base for over-the-counter (OTC) trading services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of digital assets, financial markets, and relationship management, with the ability to generate and close high-value trading opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, HNWIs, family offices, crypto funds, and corporate partners.
  • Drive OTC trading volume growth through active sales and client acquisition.
  • Identify new business opportunities within digital assets and cross-border payment ecosystems.
  • Execute client onboarding and support KYC/AML documentation processes in coordination with compliance teams.
  • Provide market insights, pricing updates, and tailored trading solutions to clients.
  • Coordinate with trading, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Maintain strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain trends, and macroeconomic developments.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and build partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and trading targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in OTC sales, institutional sales, crypto brokerage, forex, or financial services.
  • Strong network within crypto, fintech, institutional trading, or wealth management sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and OTC trading operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to digital asset trading is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English additional Asian languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing institutional or HNWI client network.
  • Experience working in crypto exchanges, fintech firms, or trading desks.
  • Knowledge of cross-border payments and settlement infrastructure.
