Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell orthopaedic products (e.g., joint reconstruction, trauma, sports medicine, spine, biologics, etc.) To healthcare professionals in hospitals, surgery centers and clinics
- Provide technical expertise in operating rooms during surgical procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, OR staff, and purchasing departments
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular territory analysis and account planning to identify new opportunities
- Stay current on product knowledge, clinical data, industry trends, and competitive products
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
- Attend industry conferences, training programs, and sales meetings as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Life Sciences, or related field)
- 1-3+ years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a surgical/clinical environment
- Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
PreferredQualifications:
- Prior Orthopaedic or surgical device sales experience
- Clinical background (e.g., surgical tech, nursing) is a plus
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
