Responsibilities
About the Team The Institute of Management Strategy is responsible for management research and improvement. Its scope includes organizational design, policies and processes optimization, information efficiency improvement, and other management initiatives based on the company's strategic needs. - Work closely with internal stakeholders to grasp the company's strategic intent, and support the planning and execution of organizational globalization programs and operational initiatives across location and talent strategies, and related cross-functional areas. - Partner with stakeholders across functions to align on objectives, and analyze the feasibility and implementation roadmap of globalization initiatives to inform project delivery. - Translate business needs into clear execution plans, define key milestones and risks, and ensure timely, high-quality follow-through on operational deliverables. - Conduct external research and internal analysis to support decision-making, surfacing actionable insights that strengthen programs effectiveness. - Assist in optimizing communication and coordination mechanisms across teams, helping enhance workflow efficiency and execution quality. - Support multiple parallel initiatives with strong attention to detail, ownership, and a practical, results-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - Bachelor's degree or above. - Relevant working experience in strategy and operations, program management, HR/People operations, consulting, PMO, or related fields. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions. - Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate broad goals into actionable execution steps. - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to use English as a working language. Preferred Qualification(s): - Experience supporting organizational or globalization-related programs, cross-border initiatives, or regional operations is preferred. - Experience in people-related programs, operations strategy, organizational programs, or cross-functional project coordination is a plus. - Adaptable, collaborative, and goal-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
