About the Company

We are representing a leading public healthcare institution in Singapore seeking an experienced and strategic Organisational Development professional to drive transformation, culture-building, and leadership alignment initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping organisational effectiveness and readiness within a dynamic healthcare environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of organisational development strategies, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive transformation, culture, leadership effectiveness, and organisational readiness. You will play a critical role in ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and organisational capabilities while fostering sustainable behavioural and cultural change.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the Organisational Development (OD) vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organisational and healthcare cluster priorities.
  • Translate strategic objectives into structured OD programmes, interventions, and initiatives across different stages of organisational growth and development.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team on organisation design, culture-building, workforce transformation, and strategic change initiatives.
  • Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor organisational development outcomes and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the planning and execution of key organisational programmes including leadership retreats, strategic workshops, alignment sessions, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Design and implement change management strategies to support organisational transformation and operational readiness.
  • Facilitate leadership alignment, team effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement through structured interventions and organisational platforms.
  • Identify organisational risks, capability gaps, and engagement challenges, implementing targeted solutions to support organisational readiness and performance.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams and key stakeholders to embed leadership and culture outcomes into organisational practices.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, healthcare institutions, and external partners to support the successful implementation of organisational initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Master's Degree or professional certification in Organisational Development, Change Management, Human Resources, or Business will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in organisational development, transformation, change management, culture-building, training, or facilitation.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of leadership or people management experience.
