What You'll Do

  • Build AI-powered HR solutions — design and deploy AI tools/bots that automate OD workflows (e.g., onboarding bots, training content generation, employee Q&A agents)
  • Use AI (Claude Code, OpenClaw, etc.) to create deliverables 10x faster: decks, comms, data analysis, multilingual content
  • Coordinate with international vendors, trainers, and cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

  • AI-native mindset (must-have): You don't just use AI — you build with it. Experience creating AI workflows, bots, or products in an HR/people ops context
  • Hands-on with AI tools: Claude Code, OpenClaw, GPT, Cursor, or equivalent — able to prompt, automate, and ship
  • Design sensibility — you care how things look and feel
  • Fluent English (oral & written) will be a plus
  • Ownership mindset: close loops, figure things out, don't wait to be asked
  • Weekend availability 0.5 day/week for trainings
  • Background in project management, training, or HR tech preferred
  • Can bridge the gap between HR needs and technical implementation
