About the Role
This role is an individual contributor responsible for supporting organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, headcount management, and organization design initiatives. This role partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate business strategy into practical organizational and people solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning activities, including annual headcount planning, capacity analysis, and scenario modeling aligned with business strategy.
- Design and manage headcount management processes, covering HC budgeting, staffing structure analysis, and role allocation to improve organizational efficiency.
- Independently drive organization development initiatives such as organizational diagnostics, structure optimization, job and role architecture, and critical role analysis.
- Analyze complex organizational and workforce data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business and HR leadership.
- Partner with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to ensure OD solutions are practical, aligned with business needs, and effectively landed.
- Continuously improve OD tools, methodologies, and frameworks, capturing best practices and lessons learned for reuse across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organization development, workforce planning, or headcount management, with successful end-to-end project delivery.
- Hands-on experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or restructuring initiatives in dynamic business environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret workforce data and build structured, data-driven recommendations.
- Solid understanding of organization design principles, job architecture, and workforce planning methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple OD initiatives in parallel with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency in both English and Madarin.
