Role Overview
We are supporting a global organisation in the search for an Organisation Development (OD) Manager to drive transformation initiatives across business units and regions. This role will partner closely with business and HR leadership to build organisational capability and support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead organisation design and workforce transformation initiatives
. Drive change management programmes to support business and cultural transformation
. Support leadership development, succession planning and talent capability initiatives
. Analyse workforce and engagement data to generate insights and recommendations
. Partner with stakeholders across regions to support transformation projects
Requirements
. 8+ years of experience in OD, HR transformation or HR consulting
. Experience in multinational or matrix organisations preferred
. Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
