Our client is a well-established, technology-forward organisation with a significant footprint across Singapore and the broader region. As they undergo a major technology transformation, they are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Organisational Change Management to lead the people side of change - ensuring teams are ready, engaged, and set up to succeed in new ways of working.
This is a high-visibility individual contributor role, sitting within HR and reporting to senior leadership, with direct exposure to business leaders, technology vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders across the organisation.
The Role
You will lead organisation-wide change initiatives - from strategy through to execution - with a particular focus on technology adoption. You'll build the change management frameworks and playbooks that will outlast any single project, embedding a lasting capability across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Change Management Execution - Technology Transformation
- Lead end-to-end change management for a major technology migration programme
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and focus groups to assess current state, challenges, and readiness
- Partner with the technology provider's change team to align on roles, responsibilities, and success metrics
- Drive delivery of all change activities - Stakeholder Analysis, Change Readiness & Impact Assessments, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
2. Building an Organisational Change Management Capability
- Develop a scalable Change Management Operating Model and playbook - tools, templates, and frameworks for use across the organisation
- Train and activate Change Leaders, Champions, and Agents across all divisions to drive awareness, adoption speed, utilisation, and proficiency
- Build awareness of Change Management as an organisational capability that creates measurable impact at team and business level
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Collaborate closely with HR, business leaders, and external technology vendors
- Ensure clear, consistent communication throughout all change initiatives
- Drive alignment between project outcomes and broader organisational strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in Change Management, with at least 4 years in a dedicated Change Manager capacity
- Demonstrated success delivering change outcomes for multi-country or multi-location technology adoption programmes
- Globally recognised Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci) is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to develop scalable processes, tools, and frameworks for change at an enterprise level
- Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable engaging from frontline teams through to senior leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication; structured, pragmatic, and outcome-focused
