Key Responsibilities
- Build and iterate the global user organic growth system, design and execute end-to-end APP user growth strategies covering the full user lifecycle, including user Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Reactivation and Conversion.
- Analyze user growth funnel and business metrics based on user behavioral data, identify core growth bottlenecks, and optimize growth strategies continuously to improve key indicators such as DAU, MAU, activation rate, retention rate and conversion rate.
- Establish user segmentation and refined operation systems. Deploy differentiated operational strategies according to user lifecycle stages, behavioral characteristics and user value levels to accelerate new user growth, improve high-value user retention and enhance inactive user reactivation performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, regional operation, data analysis, CRM, marketing and technical teams to optimize APP product experience, core growth paths and key conversion nodes, and drive the efficient delivery of growth projects.
- Build and optimize in-app growth capabilities, including Push notification, In-App Message, Banner, pop-up windows, task systems and benefit/equity systems, to improve overall user activity and conversion efficiency.
- Design and launch structured growth experiments, including A/B tests and multivariate tests, verify growth hypotheses, and summarize replicable and scalable growth methodologies.
- Establish a standardized growth data monitoring system, deliver regular data analysis and operation review reports, and propose iterative optimization solutions to sustain long-term growth efficiency improvement.
- Continuously track global crypto industry trends, internet product dynamics and competitor growth strategies, explore new organic growth opportunities and innovative growth models for global users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of user growth operation experience in Internet, Web3 or trading platform industries; candidates with CEX/exchange growth experience are highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the AARRR growth model with systematic knowledge of full-lifecycle user growth and refined user operation.
- Strong data analysis capabilities; proficient in using data tools including SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude and Google Analytics is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of APP growth logic with practical experience in user activation, retention optimization, user reactivation, user segmentation and membership growth system design.
- Familiar with Push, Email, in-app message and CRM automated marketing strategies; hands-on experience in A/B testing and growth experiment iteration is preferred.
- Excellent project management and cross-departmental collaboration skills, capable of driving product, R&D, data and regional teams to align and achieve unified growth targets.
- Strong passion for Web3 and crypto industries; candidates with working experience in centralized exchanges (CEX), internet platforms or fintech industries are preferred.
- English proficiency is a plus.
