We're looking for a curious and driven Organic Chemist to join our growing R&D team. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and testing new molecules that power our next generation of products.
- Design and run organic synthesis and reaction development to create new compounds for real-world applications.
- Build and optimize synthetic routes to improve yield, efficiency, and scalability.
- Characterize compounds using tools such as NMR, HPLC, IR, mass spectrometry, and optical spectroscopy.
- Work closely with scientists and product teams to move ideas from concept to prototype.
- Analyze data, draw conclusions, and communicate findings clearly to the team.
- Troubleshoot synthesis, purification, and characterization challenges as they arise.
- Keep up with new research and bring fresh ideas into ongoing projects.
Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in organic synthesis and wet lab work.
- Strong practical skills in organic synthesis and purification techniques.
- Experience using NMR, IR, HPLC, and mass spectrometry for compound analysis.
- Solid understanding of reaction mechanisms and structure elucidation.
- A problem-solver who enjoys experimenting, learning fast, and building things from scratch.
