Order Processing Coordinator (Up to $4K)

Job Highlights:

• 12 months RENEWABLE/CONVERTIBLE contract
• Up to $4,000/month + 1-month bonus
• 18 days of annual leave entitlement
• Gul (Transport provided at CCK, Jurong East, Boon Lay)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance, training and support to the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Develop and implement customer service strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's objectives.
• Work closely with cross functional team to align customer service strategies and support company growth.
• Manage customers complaint and resolved escalated customer/sales complaints and issues.
• Analyze customer service metrics and KPIs, generate reports and present finding to management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standard.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of customer service and team management experience or similar function
