Order processing Coordinator (Order Fulfilment, Logistics operation)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and in timely manner.

• Handle and manage all sales divisions orders and requests with professionalism.

• Handle day to day transactional activities.

• Liaise with relevant internal parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfilment.

• Monitor and follow up on pending orders and backlog statuses.

• All local purchases on Sales related orders

• Negotiate price with supplier

• COO Application

• Price Comparison

• Key in cash sales order (excel file) & monitor back to back payment to supplier with finance

• Prepared cash voucher

• Prepared CIPL

• Goods Return Processing

• Monitor Local Indent Fund

• Any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• GCE A Levels or its equivalent

• 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in order fulfilment management or logistics operations preferably in Marine/Offshore industry

• Preferably with knowledge of SAP / Asurix
