Order Management Specialist (Manufacturing - $3.8k)

Responsibilities
. Prepare quotations and review customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing.
. Generate internal job orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
. Collaborate with production, logistics, and project teams to manage delivery schedules and prepare shipping documentation.
. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing timely updates on orders and delivery status.
. Assist in preparing and processing export documentation, including certificates from relevant authorities when required.
. Generate and maintain sales records, performance reports, and forecasts to support business planning.
. Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
. Work closely with the finance team on invoicing, payment tracking, and order reconciliation.
. Provide market and customer feedback to support the sales team in improving client engagement and service quality.

Requirements
. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Logistics & Supply Chain Management
. Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service preferably in a manufacturing environment
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP is an advantage
. Proficient in obtaining a Certificate Of Origin from Singapore Customs or other government agencies
. Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
. Detail-oriented, proactive and able to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines
