Customer Care (Order Management) Representative (6 OR 12 month contract) - Your future position

As a Customer Care Representative in the Taste & Wellbeing division, you will process sales orders from receipt through to shipment for assigned customers or affiliates in line with Customer Care guidelines. Act as liaison between the customer, operations and sales team to ensure customers needs are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales order process — from order receipt to shipment — ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for assigned customers and affiliates.
- Serve as the key contact for customer inquiries, providing responsive support to meet order and service requirements.
- Communicate daily with customers, operations, and sales teams to coordinate priorities and maintain smooth order flow.
- Monitor client schedules, stock positions, and demand planning with cross‑functional teams to align supply with requirements.
- Confirm pricing, inventory availability, and shipment details, ensuring all information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Handle and resolve order issues or customer complaints with a focus on clear communication and effective problem solving.
- Prepare and process related documentation such as invoices, debit/credit notes, returns, and shipment notifications.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer records, including agreements, packaging, stock requirements, and labelling specifications.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide coverage and consistent service support across accounts.
- Apply sound judgment to communication approaches, diffusing challenging situations with customers and managing expectations appropriately.
Main Requirements
- Diploma of any field of study is required
- Fresh graduates are welcomr to apply
- If experienced
- A minimum of 1-2 years customer care experience in the food industry is required
- Basic Knowledge of SAP or Order Entry Systems
- Basic Inventory Management knowledge
- Basic negotiation skills
- Understanding of Incoterms and Shipping Terminology
