Order processing and accuracy - Process and track customer orders, verify product availability, and maintain accurate records in the order management system.
Logistics coordination - Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with the logistics team and manage the flow of shipments from packaging to dispatch.
Document management - Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents, such as bills of lading, shipping notices, and customs declarations.
Issue resolution - Act as the point of contact for order-related issues, including delayed or damaged shipments, customer complaints, and billing inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration - Work with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and purchasing, to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Compliance and reporting - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety procedures. Generate reports on order volume, performance, and issues.
What Do You Need to Have
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in shipping order management, shipping coordination or logistics support role.
He/she with non-tertiary education but possesses order management shipping experience is welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of shipping processes, documentation, and compliance.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
