Order Management Manager (Remote Night Shift)

About our group:

The AMER Seagate Order Management Team manages all Order Entry of Customer Orders for both EDS & Core from the Americas region. This Senior Manager position leads the AMER Order Management & WW EDS Order Management Team located Thailand.

About the role - you will:

• Lead and manage the AMER and WW EDS Order Management teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
• Regularly communicate with the teams to provide updates, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT support to resolve system issues and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure standardization of order management processes across regions and coordinate with global teams for consistency.
• Document and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support teams in achieving performance goals and KPIs.
• Make strategic decisions and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives.

About you:

• An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experienced in team leadership, collaboration, and providing training and guidance.
• Skilled in problem solving, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Fluent in English

Your experience includes:

• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis using various tools.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field.
