Order Management Executive

Job Description

• Ensure that customer purchase orders are properly processed and follow through.
• Ensure proper co-ordination with Production Planners and affiliates to ensure that the delivery date meets customer requirements.
• Support on co-ordination on pre-shipment and co-shipment samples arrangement, if needed.
• Support on external document requests are arranged, if needed.
• Monitor and follow up with affiliates/clients to ensure products timely delivery.
• To liaise with customers & affiliates on incomplete order details.

Requirements

• Systematic and good organizational skills
• Good customer service orientated mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application software
• Good knowledge on SAP HANA
