Order Management Executive

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that confirmed sales orders are properly processed and follow through.
• Ensure proper co-ordination with production planning and affiliates to ensure that the delivery date meets customer requirements.
• Ensure proper co-ordination on pre-shipment and co-shipment samples if required.
• Ensure the Issuance of purchase order and invoice for drop shipment.
• Monitor and follow up with affiliates/clients to ensure products timely delivery.
• To liaise with customers & affiliates on incomplete order details.

Qualifications:

• Systematic and good organizational skills
• Good customer service orientated mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application software
• Good knowledge on SAP HANA
