Order Management Executive ( 1 Year Contract) (Island wide Transport) #NKC

Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Process sales orders and order amendments in the system.

Monitor and update customers on order status and delivery progress.

Create and maintain customer and product records in the system.

Coordinate shipments with warehouses, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers.

Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and maintain proper documentation records.

Support export documentation and Letter of Credit (LC) processing.

Follow up on customer payments and shipment arrangements.

Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve customer issues and claims.

Generate reports and maintain accurate order and sales records.
