Order Management & Distribution Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Disposition and logistics coordination for vehicle sales
• Coordination and monitoring of new vehicle orders in the Ordering System Nadin
• Coordinating the allocations and production planning on weekly basis
• Reporting the Wholesale numbers based on Mengenplanung on monthly basis
• Checking on the shipment status of the produced cars
• Forecast and stock management
• Checking of factory invoices to ensure correct billing
• Calculating Duty and GST payment where necessary
• Calculating Dealer prices for the cars shipped
• Making duty and GST declarations to Customs
• Troubleshoot Tradeweb Live System in relation to duty payments
• Organising the logistics of arrived vehicles
• Ensure payment before release of cars within the agreed terms and conditions
• Updating the status of the delivered cars on monthly basis
• Reports preparation

Presentation & Information

• Product presentation/briefing for dealer and press
• Communication of all related news to dealers, importers and internal staff (Sales, marketing, finance and aftersales)

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree graduate with 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess valid class 3 driving license is an advantage
