Salary: Up to $3400
Location: Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: 845am-545pm (Mon-Fri)
Job Scope:
- Reply email enquiries and request
- Coordinate the schedules of the various internal teams (i.e. the sales, warehouse, delivery and servicing teams) and contact customers to fix machine delivery, machine installation and product training appointments in order to ensure that customer requests are timely met
- Monitor and redeployment of stocks
- Support Account managers enquiries on stock status and delivery status of their orders
- Coordinate with Channel Partners and internal departments to ensure order fulfillment of partner orders.
- Submission of Purchase Orders from Channel Partners and ensure relevant departments action on them.
- Support Channel Partner sales in the provisioning of data and information from the FBSG CRM system
- Manage inventory and forecasting. Optimize inventory efficiency and data analysis on stock and cost. Provide insights and recommendation.
- Stock ordering, receiving and reconciliation
- Manage purchase invoices.
- Liaise with 3rd party delivery vendor for paperwork in relation to delivery orders
- To ensure all proper documentation and processes are performed in for sales orders.
- Provide other administrative support as required
- Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned by the in-charge
Requirement:
- Minimum some experience in order fulfilment, operations, logistics, or administrative coordination
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
