Responsibilities:
- Assist the Order Fulfilment Executive in local and export order fulfilment.
- Order entry into the system, process picking slips and coordinate with warehouse production for delivery.
- Manage the delivery schedule and coordinate with a team of sprinters/couriers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Assembly input into ERP
- Manage Instantaneous update of POD to customer
- Outward Courier booking.
- Coordinate yearly stock take.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- O Level / Nitec / Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in order fulfillment/freight forwarding preferred.
- Sound knowledge of import/export processes is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good team player and willing to learn.
- Attention to detail.
